How to delete your user account?

To delete a user’s account and all personal identifiable data please send an email to help@lifeplus.ai. Please include the following information in that email:

• Full name of the user
• Email that is used for the account registration
• Name of the LIFEPLUS product
• Reason for request to delete account

On receiving the request, support team will send you an email to the registration email address for confirmation. After receiving the confirmation email, the support team will delete the account and all personal identifiable data. After deletion the team will send a confirmation email to the registration email that all data is deleted.

Please note that this is an irreversible process and deleted account and data cannot be restored.

Also please note that all personally identifiable data will be deleted. However, the raw data that is completely anonymized will be retained for further research and development.
