About

Why we built it.

Everyone deserves to see what’s happening inside their own body.

The LifeLeaf watch beside the app's health overview.

Origin story

The two signals nobody captures together.

LifeLeaf is built by LifePlus, a team spanning science and healthcare.

Semiconductors, signal processing, AI and physiology are an unusual combination. It is why we spend our time on the hard part.

The two signals that tell you most about how you’re doing today — nobody captures together. Blood sugar means a needle or a patch you replace every two weeks. Blood pressure means a cuff you have to stop and put on.

So most people go years without seeing either one, and find out what their body has been doing from a number read off a chart in a room with a paper-covered table.

We spent ten years on the part that makes the alternative possible: separating a real physiological signal from the noise of an ordinary day — movement, daylight, sweat, temperature — on a device small enough to forget you’re wearing.

LifeLeaf is what that work produced. It doesn’t diagnose, treat or manage any medical condition. It shows you what your body did today, and what moved it.

Patents

LifePlus holds 11 granted patents, with 5 pending and 4 in progress — covering how the wrist signal is captured, cleaned and read.

A team that has spent two decades in chip and signal-processing design, holding over 50 issued US patents between them.

In their words

What two of our advisors have said.

Independent clinical assessment, not a company claim.

The results presented at ADA this year show that LifeLeaf has the potential to provide accurate data, without invasiveness or complexity. This kind of non-invasive monitoring is uniquely poised to improve patient adherence and enable earlier detection — two critical factors in managing chronic conditions.

Timothy Bailey, MD, FACE, CPI

Abbott/Dexcom investigator

LifeLeaf delivers clinically validated performance without the usual barriers of needles, cuffs, or cost. By making blood pressure and glucose monitoring effortless and non-invasive, it drives better patient adherence, which is crucial for managing chronic conditions like hypertension and diabetes. This scalable solution has a strong potential to transform care models globally by enabling proactive, patient-friendly disease management.

Sam Asirvatham, MD, FACC

Cardiovascular Medicine, Mayo Clinic

These are the advisors’ own assessments of study results, not a claim by LifePlus. LifeLeaf is a general wellness device — it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
