Your market, our engine.

The only wrist device we know of that reads blood sugar and blood pressure together — sold through your channel.

A watch and app that read glucose patterns and blood pressure from one optical sensor. No needle, no patch, no cuff, nothing to refill.

The product

One wrist replaces the stack.

Today your customers piece glucose and blood pressure together from two or three devices — a CGM patch replaced every two weeks, a ring, a cuff. LifeLeaf does it from one watch, with nothing to re-buy.

What it reads

Two signals nobody else puts on one wrist.

Blood sugar (patterns and trends) · blood pressure · heart rate, rhythm and HRV · respiration rate · oxygen saturation.

How it reads

Light, not needles.

One multi-wavelength optical (PPG) sensor, processed on the watch. No calibration required, no fingersticks. Each reading combines the signal with a profile the customer sets once: age, sex, height, weight and skin type.

What the customer gets

An app they open every morning.

The LifeLeaf app on iPhone and Android, with a membership. Three daily scores, glucose patterns with time in range, a 24-hour blood-pressure profile and a shareable report — in the mode that fits them: Longevity, Weight management, On GLP‑1 therapy or Pregnancy.

How one sensor reads both

Glucose: near-infrared absorption at several short-wave wavelengths.

Blood pressure: reflected-wave transit time — the timing shift between wavelength channels tracks arterial stiffness and pressure, with no cuff.

Every signal is filtered for motion, ambient light, sweat and temperature, then quality-checked. When the signal is thin, the app shows a plain note instead of a number. Ten years of work, 11 granted patents, 5 pending and 4 in progress. See the science →

Why now

A category of one, in a market already moving.

As of September 2026, LifeLeaf is the only wrist device we know of that reads blood sugar and blood pressure together. The partners who launch in that window set the category in their market.

The results presented at ADA this year show that LifeLeaf has the potential to provide accurate data, without invasiveness or complexity. This kind of non-invasive monitoring is uniquely poised to improve patient adherence and enable earlier detection — two critical factors in managing chronic conditions.

Who buys

Four customers you already know how to reach.

Each gets its own mode in the app, with its own scores and coaching. Coaching is behavioural — a walk after meals, slower breathing, an earlier dinner — never medication advice.

A man in his kitchen checking the LifeLeaf app on his phone while wearing the watch.

On GLP‑1 therapy Beachhead

People on GLP‑1 medication who want to see how their patterns change — and keep up hydration and fueling while they eat less.

A tennis player wearing LifeLeaf, picking up a ball.

Pursuing longevity

Ring and strap wearers who already track sleep and HRV, and want glucose and blood pressure in the same view.

A man on an evening walk with his family, checking his LifeLeaf watch.

Managing weight

People who want to see how meals, timing and activity move their glucose — without wearing a patch.

A pregnant woman outdoors wearing LifeLeaf, hand resting on her bump.

Navigating pregnancy

A dedicated mode for glucose and blood-pressure patterns during a period when both matter.

Partner economics

Most hardware pays once. This keeps paying.

You get paid twice. Once on the hardware, at a wholesale margin set by volume and market. And then every month the customer keeps their subscription — an ongoing share of recurring revenue, for the life of that customer, at no further cost to you. Most hardware partnerships pay once. This one keeps paying. Partner economics vary per market and per volume. Book a call and we’ll walk you through the model.

Questions partners ask

Before the call.

Is territory exclusivity available?
Territory terms are set market by market, based on your coverage, channel and volume plan. We agree them together, alongside the economics.
Are there minimum volumes?
Volume shapes the wholesale margin, so we size the first order and the pilot market together. The volume band you choose on the form gives us a starting point.
Who handles regulatory registration in my country?
We work through the regulatory route for your territory with you in the Align step, before anything ships. LifeLeaf sells today as a general wellness device, and we are pursuing regulatory clearances in parallel.
What about customer support and warranty?
Support, warranty handling and returns for your market are part of the launch plan we agree in the Equip and Pilot steps, including how they split between us.
How is the membership billed, and how do I earn on it?
Every LifeLeaf uses the app through a membership. You earn a share of that recurring revenue every month the customer keeps it, for the life of that customer. Pricing and billing are set per market, and we walk through them with you on the call.
