The watch. The App.
What you’re buying is both halves of it — the watch on your wrist, and the LifeLeaf app that turns what it reads into something you can act on.
One device. Nothing to stick on, nothing to run out.

The watch
A circular 44mm case in aluminum, under sapphire crystal — the same cover glass used on watches that cost several times this. A 1.3-inch AMOLED display, bright enough to read outdoors, with over a hundred faces.
One size of case, two straps in the box — 18cm and 22cm — so you’re not choosing, or buying a second one, at checkout. A 44mm case on an 18cm strap won’t suit every wrist; we’d rather say so here than have it come back.
Soft, biocompatible silicone, interchangeable, small and large both included. Most wearables sell you only one. We don’t.
Battery, and the hour it needs
About 18 hours on a charge. Which means LifeLeaf needs roughly an hour on the charger every day — and we’d rather tell you that plainly than let you discover it in week two.
Pick the hour when the least is happening. For most people that’s getting ready in the morning — after the waking readings are already captured, before breakfast, while you’re in the shower and nothing metabolically interesting is going on anyway. An hour on a magnetic charger that clicks on and off, on the counter where you already put your keys.
And when it’s off your wrist, LifeLeaf doesn’t invent the missing hour — a gap is a gap, not a guess.

Water
IP67 water and dust rating. Dust-tight, and rated for immersion in up to a metre of still water for half an hour.
In practice: wear it in the rain, wash your hands with it on, get caught in the weather, spill your coffee on it. None of that is a problem.
Take it off to swim, and take it off for a hot shower or a bath. The rating is tested in still, cool water — heat and moving water are harder on a seal than depth is. That’s the honest boundary, and we’d rather draw it than have you find it.
What it reads, and how it connects
What it reads. Blood sugar, blood pressure, heart rate and rhythm, breathing rate and blood oxygen — continuously, from the wrist, with no needle and no cuff. Movement and steps as well, so the readings sit next to what you were actually doing.
How it connects. Bluetooth Low Energy to the LifeLeaf app on iPhone or Android. Notifications, alarms and the ordinary watch things — timer, weather, the time — come along with it.

What’s in the box
Three things. That’s it.
- The watch
- Two straps — small and large
- One magnetic charging cable and USB wall adapter
There is no starter pack, no sensor pack, no first month of consumables — because there are no consumables. Nothing in this box runs out and nothing in it needs reordering.
Warranty & returns
What happens if something goes wrong.
One year, subscribed or not.
If the device fails through a manufacturing defect in its first year, we repair or replace it. That cover doesn’t depend on your subscription.
Thirty days to change your mind.
Full refund on the device and any subscription you’ve paid for — no reason needed.
How a return actually works
- Write to info@lifeplus.ai with your order number.
- We send a prepaid label and a returns number.
- Put the watch and both straps back in the box. The charging cable can stay with you.
- Refund goes back to the card you paid with. Your subscription stops the day you tell us, not the day the parcel lands.
If something goes wrong in the first year
Write to info@lifeplus.ai and tell us what happened — most things are sorted out without posting anything. If it does need to come back, we send a prepaid label and either repair or replace it.
Not covered: accidental damage, water damage beyond the WR IP67 rating, strap wear, or a device that’s been opened. Straps are replaceable and sold separately.
EU & UK buyers — you also have statutory rights on top of this warranty that can’t be signed away: a legal guarantee of at least two years from delivery in the EU; UK rights aren’t fixed to a set period.
