LifeLeaf Sleep
Your night, read against your evening.
Most sleep trackers grade the night. They can’t tell you the night started at dinner.
Change dinner, change the night.
What it shows you
What one night tells you.
LifeLeaf watches your sleep the way it watches everything else — next to what came before it. A late meal, a hard hour, a long stretch of sitting: they all show up in how the night goes, and the night shows up in how tomorrow goes. That connection is the whole point, and it is the one thing a sleep score on its own can never give you.
- How long you slept, and how settled the night was.
- Whether the night did its reset job — pressure easing, pulse settling, the day’s pattern coming back to your usual.
- What in your evening moved it. Named, not hidden.
LifeLeaf is not a sleep-apnea test and it is not a diagnosis of anything. It reads patterns in your own nights and tells you when it didn’t see enough to say. If something about your sleep worries you, that is a conversation with a clinician, not a score.
The whole night
One screen, the full night.
Duration and how settled the night was, at the top. What your body did to reset overnight, below. Here’s what each part of the screen is actually telling you:
Total sleep vs. your goal, with an efficiency ring. How long you actually slept against how long you meant to, and what share of your time in bed was spent asleep rather than awake.
Time in bed, sufficiency and overnight wear. The numbers behind the headline: how long you were down, how that stacks up against your goal, and how much of the night the device actually captured — so a thin night and a badly-worn night never get confused with each other.
A sleep/wake timeline. When you were out and when you surfaced, plus awakenings, time awake after falling asleep, and how broken up the night was. LifeLeaf reads asleep vs. awake from your wrist; it doesn’t publish sleep stages, because stage detection from a wrist sensor isn’t reliable enough yet to show you as fact.
Sleep midpoint and circadian consistency. Not just how long you sleep, but how consistent your timing is night to night — a signal that moves independently of duration and is easy to miss if you only watch the hours.
Overnight physiology. Resting heart rate, respiration and the same vitals tracked all day, so you can see how far each one settled back toward your daytime baseline while you slept.
