LifeLeaf Age

One number from four drivers, and which one is moving it.

Cardio, Metabolic, Recovery and Vascular. Not a biological-age test: it tells you where to look.

LifeLeaf app Age screen: the LifeLeaf Age number, a 30-day trend, and the four driver ages — Cardio, Metabolic, Recovery and Vascular.

Two cars leave the factory the same day. Ten years later, one has a rebuilt engine and worn tires, the other new tires and an old engine — same age, very different cars. The four driver ages are the gauges behind the LifeLeaf Age display.

Who it’s for

  • Already tracking, and drowning in itone number to follow, and four drivers that say what to work on.
  • A big birthday, and no starting pointa starting point that updates daily, with a 30- and 90-day direction.
  • Working on weight, or on a GLP‑1whether the metabolic and recovery ages follow the weight. It never guides a dose.
  • Navigating pregnancyextra awareness only, in Pregnancy mode. Prenatal care stays exactly the same.

The four driver tabs on the LifeLeaf Age screen in the app — Cardio, Metabolic, Recovery and Vascular Age.

How the four combine: each driver age compares your recent pattern in that category against what's typical for your age.
They roll up into one LifeLeaf Age number the same way Stability, Recovery and Balance are built — sensed, compared to a target, counted only when the data is confident.

The exact weighting stays proprietary; the inputs and the direction don't.

Use it without overreacting

What this number can’t tell you.

  • It is a wellness estimate, not a biological-age test.
  • A higher or lower number doesn't diagnose anything.
  • Don't chase the day. Read the trend and the drivers.
  • Symptoms, or patterns that keep repeating, go to a clinician.

Research shows different body systems can age at different rates in the same person (Nature, 2023; Nature Medicine, 2023). The score built on that is our design; the exact weighting is proprietary.
