How it works
Wear it. See it. Act on it.
One wrist device. Your scores every morning. One thing to try.

The device
One device. Nothing to replace.
One wrist — Blood sugar, blood pressure, heart rate and HRV from the same sensor.
Nothing to reorder — No patches, no sensors, no strips. Ever.
Ready out of the box — No cuff readings or fingersticks to get started.
What it costs
A quarter of the price people pay today.
To see blood sugar and blood pressure together.

The daily loop
Insights. Actions. Progress.
What a day with LifeLeaf looks like.

1. Insights
Wear it. Get your morning read.
Three scores when you wake: Stability, Recovery and Balance — with the vitals behind them and what moved them overnight.

2. Actions
Act on one thing.
One suggestion for today, and why it likely helps — a walk after dinner, an earlier meal, a protected sleep window.

3. Progress
See it working.
Within days, see whether it landed: the score that moved and the drivers that moved it. LifeLeaf Age follows the longer trend.
Illustrative example.
Jordan, 44 · Morning: rises after lunch are taking longer to settle.
→ Today: a 10-minute walk after lunch.
→ Next week: steadier afternoons on walk days.

Bring the pattern to your next appointment.
Never miss a silent deviation from your baseline to eventually turn into a serious one.

1. Catch a trend early
Your glucose or BP trend consistently deviates from your own baseline over a specific time window in the last few days. The app catches it and recommends you validate the observation through a home reference device.

2. Validate by creating a log
You take a few readings using a home reference device — a BP cuff, a BGM or a pulse oximeter — and create a log, all within the app.

3. Share with your care team
The app lets you share this log with your care team and follow from there.
The three scores
Stability. Recovery. Balance.
Sense it → compare to your target → count only confident data → score it 0–100.

Stability
How steady you stay through the day.
Good looks likeA flatter curve, a quick recovery after meals.
Your blood sugar. The hero score.

Recovery
How well you come back after meals, stress and effort.
Good looks likeA fast return to baseline, restful sleep.
Your bounce-back.

Balance
The picture no ring or patch can see.
Heart and blood sugar, together. The uniquely-LifeLeaf score.
Longevity mode
Three scores. One action a day.
What Longevity mode gives you — and an honest note when the data is thin.
