LifeLeaf Coach
The more it sees, the more specific the advice.
LifeLeaf Coach reads your blood sugar, blood pressure, heart, sleep and movement together, then tells you what changed, why, and what’s worth doing about it.
Some days that’s a reading worth flagging to your clinician. Most days it’s something smaller — a short walk, an earlier dinner, protecting tonight’s sleep. Either way, you get it in a few words, not forty numbers to make sense of yourself.

The method
How the coaching is built
What changed. Why it probably changed. One thing to do today.
Every card names the pattern underneath it, so two people with the same score don’t get the same generic advice. Telling both of them to “eat better” would be wrong for both.
What it actually shows you
Five kinds of cards, not one feed.
Take Action. The card that isn’t a suggestion. A reading that repeats outside your usual range gets flagged to confirm — with a home cuff, a BGM or a pulse oximeter, with your clinician — never coached around, in keeping with the limits above.
See It Working. The follow-through on what you tried: which score moved, which direction, over how many days. A walking habit that’s paying off gets shown as paying off. A Recovery dip that hasn’t turned around gets named as exactly that, not smoothed over.
For Today. One suggestion, picked for today specifically, with the reason attached in the same breath — a short walk because of what dinner did to tonight’s Balance, a reminder to hydrate before a day that runs long. Nothing to scroll through.
Habit To Build. The one target worth sustaining past today — a weekly cadence, not a daily nudge, chosen because it’s the single most effective lever for whichever score needs it most this quarter. Hold it and the projected effect shows up as an age number; drop to occasional and nothing moves.
Engagement. How much of the day the watch was actually worn, and what the gaps cost. Below a completeness threshold a score is withheld rather than shown as a guess — a fasting-window gap, for instance, knocks Glucose Stability’s confidence down before it touches anything else.
What it won’t do
The limits
LifeLeaf Coach never gives dosing advice and never names a condition. It does not manage medication, it does not tell you to change one, and it does not replace anything your clinician told you. It suggests low-risk, ordinary things — a walk after a meal, an earlier dinner, protecting the sleep window — and it stops there.
Symptoms come first, always. Anything that worries you goes to a clinician, whatever any score says.
